rvifi ("we", "us") provides software for RV parks and similar venues to issue guest WiFi vouchers. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website and application at app.rvifi.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or accept a team invitation.
- Operational data: organization, site, and voucher details you enter in the dashboard (for example guest labels and voucher codes).
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
Email we send
We send transactional email only, initiated by an authenticated user in the app:
- Team invitations — when an operator invites someone to join an organization.
- Guest voucher codes — when an operator chooses to email a WiFi voucher to a guest (when that feature is enabled for your site).
We do not send marketing newsletters or sell email lists. Invitation and voucher messages are one-time notifications related to actions in the product.
How we use information
- Provide and secure the rvifi service.
- Authenticate users and enforce organization access controls.
- Deliver transactional email you request through the product.
- Respond to support requests.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (for example AWS) to host the application, database, email delivery, and device connectivity. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We retain account and voucher data while your organization uses rvifi and as needed for legal, security, or backup purposes. You may contact us to request deletion of your account where applicable.
Your choices
- Guest voucher email is sent only when an operator enters a guest address.
- Team invitations are sent only when an operator invites a specific email address.
